worst parts buying experience ever. I guess that what you get for buying a Ford part from a junkyard called "turbo import parts". they took my money, accepted my return and never refunded me. They Got the item back over a week ago and the owner is refusing to refund me. Stay far far away from this company.

Purchased part using eBay not us. We simply supply parts for eBay. When you opened up a eBay case we automatically accepted the return then YOU closed the case we cant send you a refund using eBay's system because YOU closed the case.

Just put in an order and it was super simple. Asked questions before ordering and they were all answered wicked fast. Requested pics and within seconds I got pics. Great experience so far. Update: Received the product I ordered and it was exactly what I had expected. Would 100% order from them again. �
I was a dumbass and cracked the reverse lockout in my focus st while installing a new shifter boot . They shipped me a new boot with the reverse lockout for super cheap and very fast. I will totally use this company again.
