Jim openly shared knowledge with me about a prospective build on my 2006 GTO. He's a pro and if I can ever get done with the home remodel project I'd love to let him run wild on my car.
Had a great experience here! We ran into multiple problems on my car, Jim stuck with it! The whole two weeks we were fighting problems, I was updated on what was happening and what my options were. I was updated daily and have no complaints with the car! I've talked to several tuners before sending my car to Turbo Connections, no one else could compare! Thanks, for all the hard work on the car!
Jim is a great guy and has helped me so much through out my sn95 swap I bought the engine off of him and swapped it out once I got it in the car it fired right up within cranking for 30sec. Also has sent me sct X4 with tunes. I will be sending all the people in Ohio his way and plan on making the 12 hr round trip back to him to dyno tune my car! Highly recommend him
Had Jim debug some DTC gremlins and tune my 2012 Camaro ZL1. I can't put into words the amazing service I received. Jim fixed my problems, and after the tune the car runs like a monster. I will never take my car to anyone but Jim. If you live in the Midwest, or for that matter in the United States, and need your car tuned or upgraded, I sincerely suggest you call Jim. I have had Jim tune my 91 Mustang with two different engine setups and I can honestly say I would not take my car anywhere else to be tuned. Customer service is amazing, and the skill of Jim and his staff are next to none. Jim stayed in contact with me before I took the car to him letting me know his recommendations on parts for my engine and even after taking the car to him keeping me updated as he worked on the car and was tuning it. Took my 89 turbo GT to turbo connections. Jim the owner is a stand up guy. He was there every step answered all my questions. It was alot of them. We Facebook messaged. And talked over the phone. He answered right away most of the time. He didn't try to sell me anything. Or tell me I need this or that to try and get money outta me. Not many places you take your car to will you meet the owner and have hands on experience with him. He's out there wrenching right along with his employees. A group of great guys. Undecided so far, spent a lot more than planned and still not right, and not sure where we go from here, been working on solution , dropped car back off hopefully couple days everything will be resolved, glad Jim backs his work and works to resolve the issues, great customer service
