They are incompetent. Every time we have had a problem they have trouble fixing it. They don't even know what our key pad looks like even though they installed in. We have also had problems with the installation. We used another local service in our prior homes (20+ years) and never had these problems. Terrible.
They answer the phone and are very courteous. The tech talked me through a simple procedure and saved me a service call on our old security system. Thanks!
I had a great experience with Turbo Electrical. Guided me thru my soffit recessed lighting, wiring and placing my kitchen pendant lights, adding my z-wave switches and plugs. I saw Professionalism and efficiency in their team. I would definitely recommend.
Everything is A++ with the company from the installation, education on products and how to use the features to the monitoring provided. Anytime I have a question on anything with my system they are there to answer and troubleshoot my problem. I will be a Customer for life!
