I have a 12 year old German Shepherd and over the year he has caked up dirt, grime, and urine leaks. I had my carpet cleaned before. Looked good but the stains came back in 1 week. When I called turbo clean I was so excited with the customer service and when I met them even more excited at how professional and reliable they were! I have used this carpet cleaning company many times and they always perform. We recently had a problem with our clothes drying and they came out and removed an enormous amount of lint from the pipe in the wall. I couldn't believe how much was in there.
Andrew was a very personable person, He was very neat and careful. It didn't take him a lot of time to get the job done. He took special care to treat the spots I was concerned about. Paid extra attention to all the high traffic areas in the house. I highly recommend this company to everyone, no hidden charges, your quote is the bottom line! Cleaned equipment quickly upon finish and left carpet just damp. Will be using this company again!!!!!!!
