First time visiting Chicago Pastry to get a birthday cake. We picked the triple chocolate which is amazing. The gentleman who helped us said it’s his dad’s favorite. I can see why! Will be going back there for some more tasty treats. The cake was a great price as well.
The employees working there (especially the guy) are always nice to us when we go. They all seem to have regular customers so it always feels welcoming. The pastries here are delicious because they are the PERFECT amount of sweet!
First time here, and it was easy to find, also easy to park in their parking lot. I like that they have outdoor seating in case you want to envoy your pastry there. We picked up a few scones and cookies, and we liked them. The cookies were sweet. On the other hand, the scones were not so much, so I enjoyed the scones better. The service was fast since there was only one other person inside when we got there. I will have to try their coffee next time or perhaps something else that's not on the sweet side.
Purchased our son's cake, smash cake, and cookies for his Monsters Inc. 1st birthday party and we are so happy we did! Cakes and cookies were delicious and costumer service was incredible! Would highly recommend and will be returning for future celebrations!
