5 years I've lived in a condo managed by them, serving on the condo board and they don't seem to care about the condition of our buildings or listen to our concerns. Emails sent don't get replied to. Big issues of no heat in the winter they have known about and have yet to fix since I've been here. Breton was very polite on the phone but nothing gets done.

The landlord (Paul) is extremely rude. Me and my mother have been living in the driftwood terrace apartments for years! As soon as Paul comes rolling in everything goes horribly!. 1. Accusing us of smoking inside the suite. 2. No sense of privacy aka coming into our suite while I’m changing half naked. 3. Talking to other tenants about me and my mother. 4. Worst property management company in Saskatoon. They have no problem taking money from condo organizations but they will not provide the services that go with it. Their building manager is useless and does as little as possible while condo owners have to perform the work themselves. The grounds have been so neglected over the past couple years that it looks absolutely horrid. Thanks Brendan Turanich, the company your father worked so hard to make is now officially been reduced to slum landlord status.
