Worst property management company in Saskatoon. They have no problem taking money from condo organizations but they will not provide the services that go with it. Their building manager is useless and does as little as possible while condo owners have to perform the work themselves. The grounds have been so neglected over the past couple years that it looks absolutely horrid. Thanks Brendan Turanich, the company your father worked so hard to make is now officially been reduced to slum landlord status.
They let all kinds of trash do drugs and drug dealing, and they were slow to deal with recent 2024 cockroach problem...by they don't let the Canadian flag be displayed on the balcony. I don't care if certain renters not native to this country object, they can leave Canada if they have issues with our flag, anthem, maple leaf, poppies for veterans, etc.
These people are very bad to deal with. They are not customer friendly at all!!
