I had flood damage 3 days straight thru my bathroom ceiling due to corroded pipes from the building above my shower , turanich brought in their own private crew called : absolute fire and flood to fix the damages , all they wanted to do was put a new ceiling fan in ( what a joke ) I emailed turanich and denied them to do this , but after a couple of days, turanich decided they would put a new ceiling up in my bathroom , turanich doesn’t care about doing things the right way , turanich thinks doing cheap fixes is okay , sinc... read more
Avoid Turanich Property Management and Paul I strongly recommend staying away from Turanich Property Management, particularly the individual named Paul. My experience with them has been extremely negative. Paul has a very aggressive communication style and frequently raises his voice, uses strong profanity, and speaks disrespectfully to tenants — including in front of children and women. really bad service. I just ask for a condo fee statement but they are very rude.
They leave problems unaddressed for months, which only leads to further damage over time. There have been multiple water leaks from the unit above mine that were not properly addressed, and I only became aware of them after discovering the damage myself. When a contractor was sent, the issue was not properly repaired but instead appeared to be superficially treated rather than fixed. I have been dealing with Turanich Acquisitions Mgmt for 17 years. They have been prompt to do repairs, listen to complaints of residents and attempt solve problems and have kept the grounds in top shape. They have saved money by purchasing snow clearing equipment and sharing it with other condominiums they manage in our area. Snow is promptly removed from the walks after each snowfall. In the summer the lawns are kept mowed, fertilized and watered. The staff are very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them
