Took longer than a couple hours. I was informed the exhaust connections were a little difficult to get apart and now my O2 right there is bad and tripped 5 different codes.. makes me wonder what they actually did to break it apart. Heard of dealerships finding stuff wrong to cost more, but dang, taking out a sensor is a bit much. But, other than that, the transmission service did its job…

YOU GUYS ARE THE WORSE!!! BRING OUR TRUCK ON FRIDAY AT 9am!!!!! YOU GUYS DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT. CALLED MONDAY MORNING STILL NOTHING. MONDAY AFTERNOON AT 5pm STILL NOTHING. SO WHATS THE POINT OF APPOINTMENT IF YOU WONT EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR????? DO BETTER!! EITHER LOOK AT IT OR TELL US OH THE NEXT AVAILABLE IS NEXT MONTH. YOU SHOULD GET ZERO STAR!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We had been shopping at multiple dealers for over 2 months and it wasn’t until turan foley that we received professionalism and a great price. I specifically had a great experience with Jason Strunk as he helped us through the process. If you come to turan foley I recommend speaking with Jason. As a side note we got a traverse and in our opinion it is incredible.
