Went to Turan April to cancel my extended warranty. I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Part of it was refunded to my contract. I waited 3 weeks went in they said they would look into it. Waited 3 weeks went in was told person who handles it was out with the flu. A few days later was told she was sending out the check. Waited until July 10 went in was told that person had quit and new person was in meeting and they would get back to me. I bought my son's truck with a black widow package on it from Turan Foley. The package was on it when we test drove it and purchased. At 62,000 miles, the transmission died. GM does not warranty any vehicles that has any package on it. We were told the dealership would have to handle replacement. What transmission goes out at that few miles?! Contacted the dealership and was told they only warranty up to 60K so we would have to pay for a transmission replacement on the truck and that they don't have time to fool with it. GM ... read more
