Bought a used 2019 Silverado from another dealership, needed a few things tightened up. The parts dept and the body shop helped me out greatly with sourcing and installing a couple of pieces. Very happy with my experience there.
Called about an cooling error on my Sierra (local GMC dealer blew me off). Sarah was amazing! Told me to bring it in next time it happened. Did so - over a week later, she remembered me!! Ran a scan, confirmed it should be ok to get me back to MN, sent the printout of codes with me. All done @ NO CHARGE! Hard to find customer service like that anymore! THANK YOU! light went off & made it home with no further issues!
When I purchase my truck I bought a extended warranty. I call them today to speak with my advisor and he couldn't go through it with me and hangs up on me. They're wanting to charge me for a service they should have been taken care of before they even sold me the truck. So therefore I will no longer be using Turan Foley Motors they do not honor anything that they say or on paper. Even though it's in writing, they don't honor it. They want you to have to pay for it.

They advertise super low prices and then don't honor the price they show. When I tried to buy it they said that was a mistake and tried to make me buy it for a higher price. Now they ignore my calls. Does anyone know if this is illegal in Mississippi? Lawyers welcome to message me. This is ridiculous. Sell it to me for the advertised cash price and I will revise this!
