We have used Matt to buy and sell several properties over the last 10 years, most recently as we downsized to a smaller house. Matt was a genuine pleasure to work with. His wealth of experience and knowledge had a huge impact on the buying and selling process for us; saving us stress (and money). Matt was friendly, easy going and had a great sense of humor throughout the whole process. He was able to be objective and help us make our own decisions, yet was willing to stand up for our interests when needed. We were able to sell our house very quickly with his quality resources and advice, and he negotiated a great deal for us on our new home.
