Dr. Tupper has been my doctor for approximately four years. She has been thorough, gentle and understanding. She is the doctor for 3 other members of our family. We are all very happy to be able to call her our doctor.
Does not care for health. Or have any affection for her clients its the only time can say good was more of a help than her. Do mnot trust prescriptions from this lady at all.
