Took them a brand new set of wheels and tires and instead of telling me they couldn’t do the job they decided to try any way and scratched my new wheel up and wouldn’t do anything to make it right said “it wasn’t their fault” wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here

Sir sorry but we didn’t scratch your wheel. You inspected the wheels before you left store , the tire me gone that we use have all plastics head and could not have scratched the wheel as you say it did,
I stopped by to have a flat fixed and tires rotated. A few days later I start hearing this clicking sound in the left drivers side tire and when I got my car to 60mph it would just shake. My husband took the car back down there to have them listen to and check the tire. They told my husband that they did hear the sound but didn’t know what was making the sound or the shake. Honest folks with great service!
This was the worst experience ever, I had already called to price brakes and rotors but when I get there the gentleman at the desk thinks it’s cool to laugh in my face about how I described my brakes then proceeds to call me a “girl” when sending one of his workers out to determine what was wrong with my car. On top of that he tried to charge me $300 for some front brakes on a 2004 Pontiac. I brought 4 sets of new tires which had warranty & months later my tires was bald. I DIDNT HAVE MY TIRES A YEAR & ALL THIS HAPPENED then Walter tried 2 tell me I didnt get my tires rotated which was a lie. PLUS HE SAID MY TIRES WAS GOOD FOR 20,000 TO 30,000. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

In and out in less than an hour on a busy Saturday - thank goodness because I had my toddler with me. The men were very nice and honest (instead of telling me I needed all 4 tires like another place did). Will definitely be back when I need the other 2 replaced.
Super helpful and nice. Got my new tires and back to work within a hour.
