RecommendedOur Sadie was bit by a cotton mouth the other night!! I was so frantic!! I called the local vet where I live, and they would not even see her!! Tupelo Small Animal Hospital opened their doors at 10 pm without hesitation! They didn’t even question if we were a client or not!!! Very supportive, caring, and extremely nice!!! quick and so sweet and just a great experience
now would not do anything for cat with dental infectionoffered $400 cleaning, which I could not afford.Would not give shot or offer oral antibiotics to help kitty. He is lethargic so now have to ask friends to help me take him to another vet. I am disabled loved the first visit here, but I will not return. I don't understand refusal Of course the reason was $400.
I’m a brand new dog owner and I am so happy this place was recommended to me from a friend. Dr. Deanna Van Camp and her staff were so sweet and answered all my questions. They treated my dog like she was their own. I couldn’t be more pleased!
We have been using Tupelo Small Animal Hospital for years. It wasn’t until we adopted a wild corgi that I considered looking into the doggy daycare (day boarding) option. I love the staff they are always happy and they greet my fur baby every morning. They play with him all day so when we come home my wild boy (who was like a mini Tasmanian devil and he would destroy everything in the house) loves to snuggle and he is so calm and sweet with my kids now. On Christmas Day we took our Saint Pyrenees to Dr king. We had to call the after hours line and were told he would meet us there. After explaining what was going on with our Hercules he checked him for worms and did blood work, we were told we had a “pretty healthy” dog he just had hook worms and he should be fine and we were sent home. Not even 24 hours later and the day after Christmas I’m having to explain to my 6 year old and 5 year old that their best friend and playmate is now in heaven. I love my vet's office. Staff is super nice & treats you with respect in every area.
We are so thankful for Dr. Thomas and his caring staff. Our 2 yo cat Maggie suddenly became ill and there are no after-hour emergency vets in our small town. We were able to contact Tupelo SMH and they agreed to meet us at the clinic at 7:00pm. They welcomed us like we were regular clients. Immediately it was determined that Maggie had an inherited heart condition and she could not be saved.
