Came for lunch, the man that sat us at the table, had a nasty attitude, we were sat in the back, we waited 10 minutes for a waitress no one came to take our drink order or begin to take our order. We left due to the customer service, they definitely need some re training, and a refresher on how to treat all customers.
We were not planning on eating here….but, my wife, Anne was not feeling well and needed to sit down. So, in we went to Tupelo Honey…..it turned out to be such a treat. The hostess saw Anne was not feeling well and she immediately seated us at the closest booth. Kayla brought Anne something to drink and something to nibble on quickly. That quick care really turned things around for us. And the food…..outstanding. Fried green tomatoes, burger and chicken poblano bowl….just excellent.
