We retained Tuohy Bailey & Moore to support the creation and maintenance of our LLC. I did not have a good experience. I found John Moore to be uncommunicative and provided very little service, but would send invoices without explanation of service. When I needed support to reinstate my LLC, I did not receive the information I needed, but still had to pay $150. I do not recommend.
