Dr. Dao is a very caring doctor. She did a sonagram and biopsies on the first visit rather than making me worry and wait to return for those procedures at a later time. She took care of me immediatly and scheduled my surgery asap because I had been a breast cancer patient previously. She is a very skilled surgeon and very kind and compassionate toward me and my family as well. I had been treated at Texas Oncology and the Sammons Cancer Center 25 years ago and feel like they have saved my life yet again.Thank you Dr. Dao!
She is highly professional, compassionate, and goes way beyond the extra mile for her patients. She takes the time to go thoroughly go over results and recommendations for treatment. She is a highly skilled surgeon.
I had a wonderful doctor who treated me for breast cancer 20 years ago at Baylor. When she retired I never thought I would find someone again that could make me feel taken care of but when I met Dr. Dao, it was very apparent I had found a doctor who took that concern away immediately. She is so caring and takes her time to answer any questions without you ever feeling rushed. Any doubts I might have had were left at her doorstep for I knew I had a Dr that would take care of me. Dr DAO is very smart and excellent surgeon and is very kind also. Her nurse at the hospital is also kind and excellent. The older receptionist at the office is not near as kind but ok.
Dr. Dao, her staff and everyone at Baylor was phenomenal to work with. They explained everything thoroughly and were very patient with our questions. Dr. Dao did an excellent job with the surgery and my recovery went very well with very little scarring. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Dr. Dao immediately put me at ease with her compassion and in-depth details about her recommendations for care. I have never had a doctor spend this much time with me. Her care was outstanding and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Her office people are nice. Dr. Dao is straight forward. She explains things where you can understand
