Derek was so good to me! Buying my very first car was frightening even having family there to help me. Derek was amazing and told me everything I needed to know about the car. I bought a used vehicle from this location and have had nothing but problems ever since the day I bought it. Within a month of buying it, it needed a new transmission. Since then it has been in the garage 4 or 5 times for transmission problems, and I have had 2 or 3 transmissions put in it. There has to be more of a problem that this keeps happening but they don't care to ever offer real solutions . I dropped my car off and the employee pretty much just shrugged me off. We went to Tunkhannock Ford yesterday to look at Explorers. We were greeted and assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Derrick. He explained everything about the car and was able to answer all of our questions when it came to purchasing the vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at T.F.
