I got the recommendation for Andrew Congleton's shop from Bill Osier a fellow member of Tampa Bimmer Club. Upon my initial phone call with Andrew he was quite courteous & professional & allowed me to come over before he closed up. I got there quite easily & was greeted by Andrew & his gf after some small talk we got down to tuning Audrey & he walked me through the steps of the process. Thank you to Andrew and one of his mad scientist, Paul. Tuning Dynamics is a very clean and professional shop with the proper tools and knowledge to get the job done right. He has helped me many times with some outside of the box tuning and Fabrication processes on my boosted S65 M3.
So I brought my car in after having issues with another shop, Andrew diagnosed my 645ci within a day and started fixing it right away..literally took 3 days. When I went to go pick up my car he explained everything to me. I wasn't left confused or not knowing exactly was done. Very kind..and all about customer service, I'll be going there for all future service. Very happy!!!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Andrew and the team at Tuning Dynamics. Being a female with car problems can be very difficult to not get taken if you don't know a lot about cars but I felt completely at ease the first moment I spoke to Andrew on the phone. I have found a shop that makes you feel like family not a number. Andrew and his technician gave me advice on what needed to be done, while I was getting another repair done and I went with what he recommended and my vehicle runs smoother and responds better then when I purchased it. I was able to get in and out on the same day. I'll be returning soon, thanks for the awesome service.
