Selection is great! We had to deal with sending a ring back due to sizing issue, customer service (Zack) was absolutely wonderful to work with!!!

Zack is a wonderful employee! He is patient and made sure our exact rings could and would be made! We had trouble finding a store that would make our rings exactly as we wanted them, but Zack calmly took all of our prerequisites and came back to us with a (most reasonable) quote> I will write another review once we have the rings.

I may have already placed a review for this company. But I will review again. I contacted the company because my ring needed to be re finished and re engraved afterwards. I’ve never had such amazing customer service as Zack has provided. Every single time I’ve had to contact this company for information on my rings, wether it be finding out the status of my ring while they have it, or if it’s for wanting to send the ring back for work to be done, Zack is ALWAYS quick to respond. Awesome responsiveness from this company (Zack particularly). My order hit a hitch (a supply issue) that the company notified me about immediately and personally because they thought it might make the shipment late. Turns out it didn't make the shipment late and it seems like they really worked hard with suppliers and shipper to make my order arrive on time.
