Poor technical skills and no integrity. They do not know what they are doing at all. Last Nov. my car's engine oil leaked into the coolant, causing engine overheat and the coolant came out from the overflow tank. They told me the radiator was clogged and charged me $100 for the diagnosis. Then they changed the radiator ,but did not fix it. They said that's the overflow tank lid defective. Just done with my Caravan services today at Tung Fat Auto Shop, and it reminds me that saying, "it's not the years in your car maintenance industry that count, but it's the quality service for your customer and their car". It is true for me still, especially after 15 years plus car serviced here in Tung Fat Auto Shop, I would give them a 4 stars ranking today for their excellent service. Both Jack and Jeffrey are very helpful in my every each question, thank you buddies, and have a great day to all!

非常差的修车店，既无技术又无诚信。去年底，我的车COOLANT里进了机油，乳化，散热不好，开长了冷冻液会开锅，ENGIN发烫。我查了油管并在另一家店诊断是机油散热器泄露，因为住的离这家店近，就送到这家店，花了一百加币诊断，说是散热器堵了，我质疑，他说修不好不收费。换的时候不让看，换完了也没有把旧散热器让我看。一共九百加币，交了钱，去山上开了一圈，回到家，照样开锅，留了车库一地。第二天去找他，他不承认，说要让他看见才行。我开了一圈回到他店，又开锅了，他说是溢出罐的盖子盖不紧，结果换了两个盖子，又换了一个溢出罐，照样开锅。我问他怎么解释，他说溢出罐的合格率是百分之五，我说怎么都让我赶上了。我要求退款，他不退，我也没办法。 这家车行技术诚信太差，老板连基本的数学概率知识都没有。复杂一点问题千万不要去这家，白花钱还惹一肚子气。
