Rob was kind on the phone and took care of our car wonderfully fast. I wasn't as timely and to my chagrin got to the shop right as it was closing, but Rob still was kind with my inconsiderate timing. It had been a difficult day, and that kindness meant a lot.
I took my car in Friday number one my check engine light is on and flashing I have been chaning the O2 sensors myself for that is what the codes have been coming back that needs to be replaced but my car has also been running really ruff and like cutting out so I asked the tech if they could look at and figure out why They have been great they checked all my coils and plugs and they seem to be fine they did change one plug that had a hair line crack in it and didnt even charge me they told me if that didnt fix the problem to... read more
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.....My brakes and starter were replaced at a fair price and they even gave me a ride back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
What a joke So Im selling a car and the check engine light came on the buyer and I decide to take it to tunex to check out the light, instead of coming and checking the light like a good little lube tech, this guy peeked out the window (I dont think he even looked at my car) and started going off at what a bad brand of car this was, he didnt ask what price they are buying it at, didnt see if there were any problems, just proceeded to talk my buyers out of buying my car due to the fact he didnt like the name! stills knows how to service/troubleshoot car I had an older S-10 that started me down a road of looking for a new service shop because the last one I trusted retired...I found tunex after several places that just wanted to replace parts without understanding the problems.I have found them to trustworthy and knowledgable on my older and newer cars...
