Mike is awesome, I came in for a nonworking stereo issue. Was more than willing to pay for their time, He came out and took a quick look and had it working in under five minutes. Picked up his tools, said thank you folks for coming in and have a good day, I said how much, he kept walking away and said no charge, And that’s what I call customer service. Will definitely be coming back here.
I dropped my truck off with Mike at 10am. It was supposed to be a 1.5 hr job to install a stereo and adapter kit for the steering wheel controls. As soon as I arrived I knew it was going to be longer than expected. He was by himself that day and the phone kept ringing and customers would walk in not letting Mike get started with my install. I told him not to worry about it and just call me when it was ready. My wife picked me up and I went about the rest of my to-do list for the day.
