Upon arriving, I had asked Anthony for the oil brand that they would be using for my vehicle. I was told a brand that i had never heard of before. I wasn't very comfortable already with the brand that they were using for my car. Once he had already redeemed the Groupon. He told me that they actually used a totally different brand. Tune Rite Auto was recommended to me by a friend while I was in the midst of a car crisis. I had previously been taking my car to the service department at Land Rover, as I wanted to ensure that everything was done properly. However, my last interaction with them turned into such an ordeal between major time delays and being grossly overcharged that I will never use them again.
