Practice itself was OK could have been better. Billing department was not helpful at all pretty much just said I was SOL when it wasn’t my fault they lost my insurance card And offered no solution work out for their mistake. So overall would not recommend and hope that at least one person doesn’t have to go through what I went through because if they’re incompetent

I have been a loyal and reliable patient since 2002. Always paid my bill. Never had a bad experience, until today. I was treated with sub-par professional respect by 2 of their management staff member. It was to the point that I walked out of the appt and contacted the new office of our favorite provider that just left TFPC. switched offices in the parking lot.
No!! I do not recommend this clinic. They won’t take my mom’s Medicare and blue cross that she’s paid into for 30+ yrs. but will accept Medicaid, an entitlement where many recipients have never even paid anything into it! Shame on you! Punishing hard working seniors while rewarding others that haven’t paid anything!
Worked here 6 weeks and loving the Kind, Caring and Respected Providers and Staff! Highly recommended!!
