As I was driving northbound on the Garden State Parkway this morning, I noticed a truck stopped on the shoulder. I was driving in the right lane at 60mph when this truck pulled right out onto the crowded parkway without any warning. He didn't take the time to wait for a break in traffic, and it was like he was the only vehicle on the road.
