Burrito missing queso and the cheese inside wasn't even melted, still shredded and cold. Even the chicken was cold. Oops, I guess someone forgot to put it in the microwave before sending it out. Doesnt suprise me, but what does suprise me is thst this place is still in business.
I ordered a porterhouse. it had a cut in it to check if it was done so it was extra well done. I ordered medium rare. I didnt get the opportunity to get a new one because our server didnt check on us after we got our food until everyone was done. poor food and poor service.
Recommendedwe ate at this location tonight and had a wonderful time. we could tell it was a short staffed night but our waitress did an amazing job. the kitchen was slammed but our food came out fast and was delicious. management was helping everyone too. thank you for a yummy dinner and great time!
3rd STRIKE! Won't be back! Something is always wrong or missing from the carry out order, even when you add a tip! Now my food is cold once again!
RecommendedThis Tumbleweed has had serious issues with both food and service in the past, but they have made real improvements. Our take out order was correct, and the food was good and done on time. Quality of service does depend on who is working.
We had a carry out order tonight, and the missed half of our food, and what we did get, 3 out of 4 dinners were wrong or missing sides. We ended up driving back back to puck the rest up, and even then, it was still wrong.

Called in a lunch order on Friday, February 28. Picked it up & the burrito was so little I laughed. There was no queso on it as requested either. I took pics because it was laughable. Will not go back again.
Don’t ever call in an order called in refried beans and chicken strips not hard. Yet when I got there no one could find my order. When people are on lunch breaks they don’t have time for stupidity.
