I went along with a friend of mine and if I ever want to change my carpet to good reasonable flooring I will go there first. I have never seen or experienced great customer service like they provide.

I have used Sean’s services twice and was reasonably pleased the first time. The second time has been AWFUL! He layed the boards over uneven areas saying it would be ok. He should have refused until the contractor redid the areas. I now have several quite severe “bumps” and uneven areas as it’s a floating floor. That’s number one. Number two is he accidentally broke a mirrored closet door which is no big deal. Because of my budget I couldn’t buy new doors yet meaning he wasn’t able to finish a lot of trimming.
