Best Dessert and entrees – I love thai food and where ever I see a thai restaurant, I have to go in there. This had the best thai food among many-many thai restaurants I have tried in US. Went there two times and both time was great. People have complained about the service but both times the service was good. The place has a nice feel and very reasonable in terms of prices. For appetizer/salad i tried Som Tam which was really nice (ask withtout the dry shrimp). For entree, I had my favourite thai dish, Chicken with basil le... read more

Fresh, flavorful Thai menu – Best Thai cuisine I've ever had. The atmosphere is pleasant, creative and modern. Friendly service.

Great Food! – This place is great. I have been there several times and have always left happy. The prices are reasonable and the food is always delicious (and huge portion sizes- one entrée can feed two). Bonus- they have customer parking in back.

But it's so close to my house... – Yes, I probably only REALLY like this place because I can walk there. But, the food has always been good even if the service was sketchy. I went there about 6 times in the first 2 months they were open and things were a bit rocky on the service side. The more recent times I've gone the service has been better so maybe they were just finding their legs. I did take a group fo about 30 there and was surprised at how poorly some were served. Again, I attribute it to start-up pains. The food rea... read more

Great bargain, great food! – We had the exact opposite experience - great food, great service, and no waiting. I would highly recommend this place for ambience, food, and service - dine in or take out. The wait staff were much more friendly than most places, and were very accommodating to any changes we asked for with our dishes. Their happy hour is a relatively unknown bargain too!

Service? – We ate here several months ago but haven't returned. Food was really good but service severely lacked. We (3 diners) waited over 20 minutes for a bottle of wine, 90 minutes for our entrees...never having even received our appetizers we ordered when asking after them so imagine our surprise when the main entrees came to the table. "This service" required several requests to the wait staff and management. Other diners were being served faster around us and it was likely not a kitchen issue. When we finally received ... read more

Uptown Thai restaurant stirs up authentic fare in fun, cozy atmosphere. – In Short This low-key eatery greets guests with contemporary, casual decor--espresso-stained furniture, a gold tiled pillar and pink neon lighting to highlight the bar. At night, Uptowners wanting a gourmet meal on an artist's salary pile in the high-back booths. Bowls of glass noodles and fried rice mingle with colorful veggies and sauteed meats. The menu also features Thai staples like gaeng daeng (a spicy red curry) and sweet grilled salmon.
