My husband and I were there today around 1:00. They were very busy, which may be a reason why our experience was, quite frankly, terrible. Not an acceptable reason, in my opinion. My husband was served the wrong order. That was cleared up 5+ minutes later. 20 minutes after we ordered, my chicken fajita salad was finally brought to the table. Chicken was only lukewarm, and I had to hunt for the lettuce. Extremely unsatisfying. We will not be back.

For the price the food was really good, and all the employees were extra nice. We eat there every time we pass through Jackson Tennessee.

Love this place! We stumbled upon it passing through Jackson. Now we intentionally go to Jackson to eat at Tulum. Such unusual pairing of flavors that are fantastic. Always a good experience.
