Terrible customer service. Stylist Presley who colored my hair...made it grey and toner washed out on 3rd wash on roots, leaving it a blahh greyish brown. Spoke with stylist who basically refused to fix it...$300.00 later. Beware...she does not stand by her work! Worst experience!!
