Excellent meal, with the ginger mojito perfectly complimenting the flavors. Tulsi needs to make it clear on line and on their answering machine (and at the door?) that reservations are necessary. We were unable to make a reservation, but we were fine with sitting at the bar for until there was a hole in the schedule of service. We were warmly greeted and, when asked, received an excellent synopsis of the menu. The atmosphere was delightful and we had a wonderful evening. Thank you.
