i would give a zero but not an option. RUDE. NO HELP from billing. My insurance has paid but they still trying to collect. Totally incompetent, refuse to offer any information just reply stating it is on me to correct. I have been trying to clear this up since 9/15/2021. I even did a three way call with insurance and them. back in march. I have never dealt with anyone so lame in my life.
