New to the area and booked an appointment over two months ago. Walked into my appointment and their systems were down and front office staff were complaining about how frequently it had been happening. Then Dr. Black's nurse came out and told me she wouldn't see me today because it would put her behind with her OB patient. Took off work and wasted two months waiting for an appointment. I will find a different provider.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Nilson acted as if he was too busy to answer my girlfriend's questions. She's pregnant and due to her medical history she has questions that could mean life or death that need to be answered. He didn't let her ask the questions at her appointment because he was too busy. So he basically treated her like a number and clearly doesn't care about any concerns that you have.
