Arrived 10 minutes early, waited over an hour to reschedule. If you have a scheduling software within your computer systems, I advise you either use it or train your staff how to use it properly. Or treat it like a deli, let us take numbers and the receptionist can call those out so they don’t get too confused.
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Nilson but was told that I had to have a referral. I got my primary care to refer me, but then when I called to make an appointment, they said they would have to check because I am on Medicare. They said they would call back by Friday. Dr. Black was absolutely incredible throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning she made me feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way. She took the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and always made me feel like I was in great hands. Her care and attention truly made such a difference during my pregnancy experience. For how many receptionists they usually have, they are terrible at answering the phone. And if youre on hold for a while, its likely that they will answer and hang up on you before you can speak or while you are speaking. Also, while I'm sure he's a knowledgeable man and all, I don't feel seen by Dr Nilson or the nurses.. like for example, I've been asked multiple times if I've taken my glucose test. Which I have. I loved my experience with Dr Rapp! I wanted a vbac and he gave me a long list of people to talk to which is awesome, but when I called to get my records so that I could get a second opinion, the office told me I could never go back. For asking for a copy of my records! Ridiculous
