This company provided the sod included with our new home. The builder is wonderful - would be 5 star rated if not for this sod. It comes complete with crabgrass, nut sedge and some other grassy weed I don't recognize. There are gaps of 2-3 inches between rows of sod which will require buying a load or two of dirt (plus our labor) to fill and level.
