After a terrible experience at another dealership in the Tulsa "area", Jimmy and Craig not only made our situation better, they made it much better than we expected! The fifth wheel we previously bought was now what we really wanted, but somehow we were talked into it, AND we paid too much on the other stuff. The financing was a joke! The guys at Tulsa RV got us out from under that fifth wheel and into the RIGHT unit for us and really saved us from the burdens of what we were paying before. That is all there is to it. Date of Service: 4/28/2010 Work Done on: Class A - Diesel Service Performed: Took the coach in because the generator ran but was not generating electricity. Suspected a regulator problem and they agreed. They ordered it in and installed a new regulator and it still wouldn't produce power. Finally pulled the generator out of the coach and left it with them to diagnose. Mid-May they said the generator head needed to be replaced.
