My son rented a house at **** ***** street in Sapulpa. Do not rent it!!!! The house was in poor condition when they moved in and she did not do any repairs except for driveway. I have pictures! They had to deal with raccoons in the attic and they tore up the insulation as well as dead animal carcasses and feces are up there. Stains on ceiling from urine of said animals.
