The sales people were great, but the problem is their service department. I bought 2 bikes from them for my kids. One of them stopped running, so I took it in for warranty work. They called me saying it needed $650 worth of work. They said it had contaminated fuel, and needed a battery. I know the fuel wasn't contaminated, cause I have 2 of these that get fueled out of the same can and the other bike doesn't have anything in it.
