They scheduled me over a month out which is fine. Then called to re schedule multiple times with different time slots. I could not take the pain any longer and got my injection somewhere else. The fromt desk called to reschedule yet again and when I told them I got the injection somewhere else, she said "well thanks for letting me know" in an angry voice and hung up. I came to Dr. Martucci several years ago for lower back pain after many failed attempts of steroid epidurals. After I left my appointment for a RF Ablation this morning I was recalling to my mom how I cried during my assessment appointment with Dr. Martucci. I was desperate for relief and honestly looking back I was on the edge. Dr. Martucci was empathetic and offered I try letting him and his team a chance to help me get to a better life. This place has to be a complete joke! How do you stay in business when you are taking patients with chronic pain! Just have some rude lady call and tell you no! You must be doing great with all the 1 star reviews put!
