The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The actual doctor and nurse were not friendly or helpful. Very disappointed.
I worked up the courage to finally see a doctor for an issue that had been going on for a year. When I made the appointment they didn’t tell me what building the clinic was in so I jogged around the hospital campus for about 15 minutes trying to find it and panicked I was going to be late for my appointment. The doctor I saw was nice and I explained what had been going on. I paid my copay for the visit and was told at the time that everything was good. Dr. Aldridge was AMAZING! From our first meeting she was always so kind, and attentive. During the delivery she was so positive, and reassuring. I'm so grateful for her, and everyone at St. Johns for such a positive pregnancy & delivery experience.
