This is how Robert Caffey response to intelligent people who get a quote using AI to figure out the best market average to find a mobile mechanic. He shames and harasses. I originally called just to get a serpentine belt replacement. Had nothing but issues. This place is obviously gon down hill. If you want somebody who speaks to people this way working on your vehicle, have fun.
Called them about 3pm and asked I knew it was late and wasn't expecting anything but he said let me see so nothing and then I called about a hour later and he said yeah he had someone it would be a bit which was fine could have said no or cancelled so I waited and a couple hours later got a text from Robert and at one point was told he or someone was packing their tools and on the way we waited about a hour maybe hour and a half nothing then tried to get a hold of them again and heard from a Jay who was supposed to come a ho... read more
I live in OKC and had them inspect a car I was interested in purchasing out in Tulsa. Friendly folks, timely service at a great price. They felt very understanding of my situation and were very communicative with the specific things I asked them to look out for given the special car I was looking at! I felt a lot more at ease making the drive to pick up the car didn't feel as scared that I would get burned buying it. Would highly recommend to anyone needing services in the area.
