Last week went through some high water, my car scraped the pavement 2 miles to work. I went in without appointment, (which I always make) they were very busy but fit me in, got me fixed and wouldn’t charge me ! Made me cry! He said we take care of you. And they always do a great job in a timely manner. Thank you
I gave them a chance to make it right and they ignored me so I can only assume they don't care that I feel like they scammed me. So on top of writing this review I am also filing a report with the Oklahoma attorney general consumer protection unit so maybe no one else has to deal with what I am. The tech said it was my transmission or a dirty intake that was making it lose power, lights flicker, ac problems, battery light coming on. Save your money they replaced our fuel pump and charcoal canister and my car won’t read the gas guage now we can’t pump only fill up a half tank now or it spews out. We have a 10 month old child in the car and it stalls in dangerous areas and they absolutely just started ignoring us. We spent 1000$ and got treated like trash. Absolutely would never recommend to a family with babies they don’t care
Immediate response after contacting, showed up early to the appointment, gave a very quick diagnosis and estimate. Picked up the part and had it installed in just a couple hours TOTAL. Roughly 50% cheaper than having to take it to a shop and wait. Would recommend 10/10 times to give David a call if something is wrong with your vehicle. Fast, Friendly, and Professional. Had a coolant leak, and now it's running great, no leak.
This a great place if you need your car fix very polite and good work that they do they figured out what was wrong and they got eight on it and got the job done thank you TMM.
