The billing is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I had a procedure done a year and a half ago. They keep billing the wrong insurance over and over and over again. My insurance has called them and told them multiple times they have never received a claim. I have told them over and over again you have the incorrect payer ID (which is on their bill). I had a procedure done in 2023. My insurance paid for all of it. TML began billing me in 2024 for that same claim. I've been through many, many calls with my insurance and TML over this claim. Today, the insurance representative and I were told they were given permission to write off the remainder of my bill (which again, insurance has already paid in full). It leads me to believe TML is double dipping. Will my insurance get their money back?

Crazy there are years of complaints of your terrible employees in your company vehicles. One of your employees almost caused multiple accidents on the highway this morning. Do better. Represent your business better.

I wish I could give them zero. They never answer their phone, and when they do they are rude and won’t provide necessary information to pay with insurance.
