Tulsa Health Departament is useless. I made a report about an unlivable situation I had with a previous landlord. They basically do NOTHING about health hazards at home only because landlord say it’s working on it (which was false) but the big corporations words is better and more important than a single mom living in Oklahoma!
A county department should be able to update their website daily, especially when it comes to closures. We drove 45 minutes only to find out they were closed when the website said they were open.
Terrible customer service! The lady at the front office and birth/death certificate area are very rude and disrespectful!! They have signs up saying they can assist with soonercare but when I asked for it they told me there was no such thing as a sign that said that. They had to walk out and look at it themselves and were complaining that it shouldn’t be there.
