Paid for a deep clean via Facebook special but was booked too late in the day (and 1 of the 2 cleaners had somewhere to be) which only allowed for a very quick, standard clean. Requested multiple times by email to be refunded the $30 difference in what I paid versus service I received. Emails to owner, who I had been corresponding with, were unanswered. I contracted a deep cleaning of my house and agreed upon an amount. When the crew got there I was told they could not finish my house and they wanted more money. My recommendation use another cleaning company that is honest.
I had Jonna and her Clean Team clean my house for over 5 years. They did very well in the beginning, but with anyone but Jonna, service excellence decreased over time. If you use them, you need to ask for Jonna.
We love Tulsa Clean Team! They keep our office sparkly!
