Avery and Dr. A made my braces experience wonderful! They are smart, kind, and most of all fun to be around! Checking in was always easy and you are always met with a smile, and they get to know your name! Appointments start when they are supposed to and go by fast but never rushed! I had some delays in treatment due to having to have a tooth pulled by my dentist but Dr. A never made me feel bad about that and was always very open about treatment options. I was honestly really nervous about getting braces, but Braces by Dr. C made it such a positive experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming:) The office has such a warm, friendly vibe and I loved the lovely playlist playing in the background!! Dr. C explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. A special thank you to Payton, my treatment coordinator she was so sweet, patient, and reassuring throughout the process. I truly felt cared for and I’m excited to start my smile journey with them.
Braces by Dr. C. is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, our care coordinator, Payton, met us right in the lobby and immediately made us feel welcome. She was amazing — handling imaging, walking us through all the information, and clearly explaining financials in a way that felt honest and stress-free.
