Communication wasn't as great as id liked it to be considering I live in NC and my car accident was in Waltham Ma, and my car was serviced in New Hampshire. Also we were told 2 separate times my car would be ready for pick up, and when we got there all we got was confrontation and no car. The time management I was truly disappointed in.
