Zachary was a good guy
Easy, friendly experience!! I loved Kathy Rand, my salesperson, and also Dawn and Wil! Absolutely no pressure to buy, but I loved the car and they made it so easy!! Kathy was knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I have never enjoyed buying a car until this experience at Tulley BMW Manchester. They kept me up to date when waiting for plates, completely approachable. I can't recommend Kathy highly enough! I am so happy in my Rav4! Highly recommend this place.
I had a great experience at this dealer.. I think they are under new management. The dealership was fair with the price. When I went to pick it up (CPO) I found a couple of minor little chips in the paint they took care of it right away. I do have to go back to have them clear the presets for the destinations etc but other wise a good experience.
Helpful in email interactions. Vehicle shown on CarGurus did not have all features I was looking for so I did not go to dealership.
