DR. Tulipan, Fixed my right hand in 1997 my hand works fantastic. The worst thing was having a cast above my elbow for six weeks and just below elbow for another four weeks. I am so happy that the ER. at Edward's hospital in Naperville recommend him. At the time I saw Doctor Tulipan he was the hand surgeon for the Chicago Bears. Doctor Tulipan, Did a fantastic job on me I would anyone that needs hand Surgery to him.
