I am an easy-going person. I never write reviews about anything, but I was so frustrated about the way I was treated that I have found as many places as possible to review CIVA, and by proxy, Dr. Diaz so that hopefully in the future the staff will have more regard for their patients' time. The doctors may be well-trained/educated, and their facility may have advanced equipment, but from the moment I got there I felt like I absolutely did not matter to them as a person.
Does not keep his appointments. Has canceled twice with less than a weeks notice. I was stuck with him because he is the only doctor available in my town on Friday. He is no more available than physicians that do not come to our town.
